Knowledge Building in Action is a 501(c)(3) U.S. nonprofit organization created in 2009 to bring computer-supported collaborative learning to classrooms and alternative learning environments world wide. Our primary mission is to partner classrooms around the world for research through education technology in the form of an electronic workspace embedded with real-time learning assessment tools. Complementary activities include support for a community of practice for educators (teachers and principals in K-12 education) and videoconferencing with a recording feature for asynchronous learning.
